Driving through sunny Atlanta with lady Tammy, we happened across the infamous BBQ joynt"I'm Dyin for Daddy D'z".

The sign itself did it for us & straight in we went. 
Guess we just had 2 see for ourselves....

Wedding.

When asked 2 do a local wedding for a bit of videography experience, it was difficult 2 decline....

(@ the time..)

Looking back @ everything, I'll have 2 say it was one for the taking but dayum...

(People will be people i suppose.)

Though not well versed in weddings which requires planning on both ends & proper execution, it came out pretty well....

(thanks 2 me & only me....sheeesh!)

At least I have something 2 add 2 my portfolio of uncanny experiences. 
That's a more positive way 2 look @ it.

Hammered & Nailed.

When there’s me, there’s usually a camera in hand. 

That’s just the way it’s been for years & if you have yet 2 notice, everything is captured in one way or another.

Anywho….I recently came across an online photo contest for creative artistry, submitted the themed pic “Hammer & Nails”….& nearly won the dayum thing!

The interesting part about all this is, I’ve never even prepared & literally allowed the “force” 2 lead the way on this project.

Similar 2 that whole Luke Skywalker & Yoda thing. lmao!

Hmmm…lets see what happens next time.

Only imagined this in an off the wall, unforseeable dream where there's rockin' chairs a rockin', plants a churnin' & teeth a showin'. 

(totally came off the top of the dome with that one...lol)

Continuing on our wonderful excursion 2 Millenocket, Maine, we make a quick trip through Augusta & then Bangor...

After a quick bite 2 eat & some sightseeing,
we end up meeting up with old friend 
Melody & crew. 

Ok....off on the road again as we head off for that northern most spot on the map.

So overwhelmed with excitement 

(just a bit of sarcasm)....

Dewey.

First stop on our excursion was brother James & crew. 

This was considered a rare occasion for time is short & not enough hours in the day 2 keep in touch regularly...(supposedly)

We were welcomed with open arms & served the biggest burgers on the planet.

There were plenty of laughs & tons of reminiscent moments.

People are so diverse & special in their own little way....That's what makes it way so cool.

Hmmmm....Did I personally think I'll ever be in this scenario a few years prior? 

Not!....

Oh, can't forget the little doggy "DEWEY". 

(Promised him a shout out...lol)

It's been nearly 3 months & countin' since making the impulsive move 2 the backwoods of Georgia. 

This experience thus far has been quite interesting while running across some truly good hearted peeps.

There isn't one episode that hasn't taught us a plenty about where we stand in the midst of all things...

It surely comes 2 show how life can continuously throw a variation of punches your way...

& if you're not on it, BAM! 

TKO! (Ugggh!!!)

It's been quite the adventure while we learn more & more about ourselves as individuals....

& as a couple...(of course.)

All of this can do absolutely nothing less than make us "BETTER" for ourselves & everyone else.
