It's about time for that much anticipated 
return back 2 hometown Chicago. 

This is much deeper than just showing my face but more of 

an opportunity 2 tie up lose ends.

It's nothing like sharing time with those closest & just letting them know you love them unconditionally no matter the difference. 

I guess it's time 2 share my family with the trusty Canon.

Hmmm.....this should be interesting.

First I gotta take this trip from sunny Maine 2 Logan airport in Boston. 

Just for the record, I'm not a big fan of flying anywhere. 

The idea of falling 6,000 feet from the sky in a metal can kinda freaks me out...as it should anybody.

It's always a joy 2 have son Khalid around the way for some "quality" time.

Whether it's video games, pizza or just a simple stroll....

time is time & that's cool.

That's why @ times when things get tough, my lil' man has the ability 2 make it all disappear.

Hmmm...I wonder if he even know that whenever he's near everyone else seems so far away.

That's great for the soul & good for the heart.

Came across another highly creative local Maine artist. 

They call themselves the 

Oshima Brothers.

Raised in a musical family in rural Maine, 

they use a harmony rich blend of folk & acoustic pop.

Oh yeah!
Nothing like finding fresh music from the local scene.. .

Think I'm in the mood for a concert.

By the way, gotta add that they even make their own videos grassroots style. 

Much respect for that.
