Dreams have been built & we've celebrated some of the most perfect days but during the process those loved most have since left us. 

RIP sister Vivian...you're loved & missed ;(

On the other hand, there's been times where we laughed until it hurt & prayed in empty parking lots where my friends were the church.

Spending the day watching my ESPN, NFL network & laundry....

...Yes...laundry. 

Fortunately these days there's the awesome luxury of washer & dryer. 

Woohoo!!...

It was just yesterday when we were attending the local laundrymat while carrying loads of clothing up & down stairs was the norm. 

Now, having such machinery has become a definite God send.

Not that I wouldn't mind doing it all over again or anything but man isn't great 2 stay home while 

keeping dirty underwear for you 

& your eyes only? 

lol...Now I know you know exactly what I mean...

As time moves on, a greater appreciation for where 
we are & what we do takes place. 

A constant reminder of things surrounded in strife brings about a true understanding of perspective.

Everyone is counted & things can happen in a simple "BLINK" of an eye.

Now how's that for vunerability?

Knowing that may not sit well for most but 
keeping it on the positive seems 2 be the better option....

 As I've always mentioned, living your life like there's no tomorrow & creating the most of every single situation makes it all worth the while....not matter.

It's surely best 2 put forth the effort & live with the outcome rather than not try at all. 

I was once told that acts of denial, rejection, criticism or simply being told NO has never killed a single soul. 

Not one. 

Life's a lesson with each one perfectly placed 2 prepare you for the next starting first with a single Dream.

Thought it was time 2 share a bit of my week without the riddles. Surely everyone else have more important things 2 contemplate but droppin’ a random note was necessary for personal detox.

   

Anyways…The past few days have been pretty relaxin’ with plenty of time 2 gather scattered thoughts. For starters, finally I’ve found a dayum job that actually pays…(Woohoo!)

It’s been a good while since having some kinda real money due 2 the shady marketplace…not 2 mention retail sales & warehouse work being the only thing available in these neck of the woods. 

(Whew!).... Good thing I have experience workin’ in the medical field.)

Oh by the way, I still carry the awesome dream of workin’ in video production, film, videography, editing…etc…So if you’re lookin’ for an artist, look me up;)

That’s understood but still keep the faith & never give up on the dream.

So in the meanwhile, watchin’ documentary & independent movies have been an incredible companion for the last several weeks. Never really knew how much education can come from such a medium but dayum isn’t it addictive or what!…

Gotta love it!

Still this transition 2 Georgia has been an experience yet 2 master but have fortunately learned the greatest importance of perseverance & consistency. Things never stay the same & change is imminent. Nothing can come from this less than growth & that’s actually a good thing…So why even complain….right?

Gotta always remember perspective cause some have it a whole lot worse so remember 2 show constant thanks….ok, ok..

Driving through sunny Atlanta with lady Tammy, we happened across the infamous BBQ joynt"I'm Dyin for Daddy D'z".

The sign itself did it for us & straight in we went. 
Guess we just had 2 see for ourselves....

Tammy & myself decided 2 take a trip 2 the local gym for a bit of cardio. 

As life continues 2 creep by, we find it best 2 keep up with it.....(Uggghhhh!!)

No one never said it'll take so much effort but then again maybe we weren't paying much attention. 

Keepin' healthy & feelin' good about self in your 40's requires some serious dedication...

(yes indeed)...

but man is it worth it....(Whew!)

The same attitude is applied 2 everyday living & all that we forever do. 

None is perfect but with effort & dedication all is possible more now than ever before.

Either we "RISE" or we fall....
